Susanne Slay-Westbrook, LPC-S, LMFT-S
Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor,
Speaker, and Author of Respect-Focused Therapy

CLINICAL SUPERVISION
Susanne is a Texas Board approved Supervisor for both LPC-Interns and LMFT-Associates, with emphasis on Respect-Focused Therapy. This is a style and focus in therapy she has developed over the last 40 years of her practice. In short, it means that Respect is primary to the therapeutic relationship in both style and substance and remains central throughout the therapeutic process as a main theme in the dialog with clients.
The rate for supervision is $250/mo., which includes 2 individual sessions and 2 group sessions a month plus any communication regarding questions or concerns that may come up during that month.
LPC-Interns are to be working in a recognized agency with appropriate administrative supervision. I do not offer onsite supervision, i.e. interns working under my practice name.
For those LMFT-Associates interested in private practice, you may rent my office for $15/hr. You will be responsible for keeping your own files and paperwork with you, finding your own clients and scheduling them within available office hours.
Practicum students in graduate LPC track programs only may contact me about supervision as well. I contract with A New Entry, a nonprofit agency, which serves homeless, ex-incarcerated and/or substance abuse populations.
If you are interested in having a free interview for possible supervision, please contact Susanne at 512.470.0104.
